KwameTech Labs provides technology consulting and development services including AI powered search engine optimization and generative engine optimization, custom AI agent development and automation systems, full stack software development for web and mobile platforms, digital transformation consulting and implementation, and strategic technology advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any project engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between KwameTech Labs and the client.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the website in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems, use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website without written permission, transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content, impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation, or use the AI chat agent to generate spam, misleading content, or abusive communications.
Our website includes an AI powered chat agent designed to assist visitors with inquiries about our services. By using the chat agent, you acknowledge that responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfectly accurate. The chat agent is not a substitute for professional advice. Any information shared through the chat may be stored and used to improve our services and follow up on inquiries. Project scope, pricing, and timelines discussed in chat are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement.

For project engagements, intellectual property ownership and licensing terms will be defined in the applicable Statement of Work or service agreement.
All proposals, quotes, and estimates provided by KwameTech Labs are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on scope modifications agreed upon by both parties.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement for a period of two years.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. KwameTech Labs will provide all deliverables completed to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KwameTech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to KwameTech Labs in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee specific results from our SEO, GEO, or digital marketing services, as search engine algorithms and AI systems are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KwameTech Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's operation, availability, or the accuracy of any content. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa.
KwameTech Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
